Growing up, music, film and TV have been the three constant loves of my life. If I'm not singing along to a song, I'll be binge-watching the latest series on Netflix and what better way to share my love of these topics that to write about them?
Putting Pen to Paper
I set up my blog over a year ago, and since then I have felt both my love for writing and the quality of content I produce increase dramatically. I've had pieces published in Faird in which I reviewed Rex Orange County's latest album, and I've also explored the shining success of independent movies for Birdie Magazine. In the coming months, I hope to add many, MANY more to the list as I grow into an active lifestyle journalist.
Doodles and Design
I've had several days, weeks, months and years of experience working with InDesign, Photoshop and various other Adobe software. Over the years I've designed adverts which have appeared in PES magazine as well as creating both body copy and editorial layout in a promotional booklet for The Birks Committee. My illustrations have been featured in Birdie Magazine, and I have also designed a logo for the Red Lion Inn in Cheswardine, Shropshire.
